There's quite a difference between believing aliens exist elsewhere in the galaxy, which they probably do, and believing those aliens have visited or are visiting Earth, which they probably haven't.
Where's the evidence of alien visitors? You post a fake alien autopsy and someone seeing things they want to in shadows and an unfamilar enviornment. That's no different than those who see images of their god in tortillas and stains on the wall. Incredible claims demand incredible evidence.
Something as seemingly insignificant as an alien wrench would be more powerful evidence than has EVER been presented, thus far, for alien visitors. Even if that wrench looked like any found on Earth, the isotopes found in the elements of the metals making up that wrench would show an alien origin to most metals found in our neck of space.
