      Reverend Tester, known to his radio listeners as "Tommy Tester," is pastor of Gospel Baptist Church on Reedy Creek Road. "So far, they (members of the congregation) have rallied behind Tommy," Morris said.
      According to the Johnson City Press article, Tester allegedly pulled up in a blue 2007 Toyota Camry and offered to give Johnson City police officers ******when they arrived at 308 S. Belmont Street to investigate a report of indecent exposure.
      Tester, allegedly wearing a skirt, then reportedly got out of his car at the Belmont Car Wash and urinated in a wash bay in public view with children present.

That just totally disgusts me. That is not the type of man we want to minister as a Christian. Mega churches scare the hell out of me anyway.

I have no problem at all with peoples personal search for something larger than they are, in fact I've been searching my entire life, I've just concluded that man's so called 'truth' is close but flawed in many ways. It's a Myth used by church leaders to cause people to fear death thus giving those leaders much power. Why? Because only 'they' know the way to not burn in the everlasting flames of hell, all others are 'false' and following them will put you at risk of a loving God having you burn for a trillion trillion trillion years times a trillion, because you sinned in a life of 70 years, instead of just being dead.
        Please do yourself a favor and read this link, by biblical scholars and free yourself of the fear based search for God, so you can search in a loving way and realize God loves you too much to allow you to suffer that sort of fait. Remember, the wages of sin is Death now burning forever.

        I'm most likely the most unholy person there is so don't even try to accuse that I'm spreading falsehoods and being 'preachy'. I've researched the things I'm talking about, and no I'm no false prophet, you can take what I say as you'd like. But remember, if there was ONE truth in any religion like Christianity, why are there so many different choices to be made at the risk of fire and brimstone? Why would a loving God make it that difficult, I thought he went through a very long process to allow humans a chance? Why would he make it to where he'd say, yes, you chose Cist, but ya know, it was actually the Jehovah's Witnesses that were the ONE way and what did you do but slam the door in the face of my beloved?

        Why woud God allow his beloved son Jesus Christ to be crucified on the cross if there was any other way. If there is another way than the death of Jesus is useless and he suffered greatly for nothing. Jesus took a beating that had killed others, was hung on the cross to bear our shame not his. Jesus prayed to his father that if there was any other way that this might pass from him. There was no other way and there isn't now.
        Yes many want to say there are other ways. But the blood of Jesus is the only way. I will not accept that there are other ways, for then the crucification of Gods' son becomes meaningless.
        That is what satan wants us to believe. So he may capture as many souls as he can. He hates us because God loves us. He knows his time is short.

        Yes Jesus died for sins, then was in Hell (death) or nothingness, then rose. Look if the one most important thngs is incorrect (such as Jesus being God himself instead of his son) in a church's teachings then I'd be a bit stand off. What other things being taught are wrong as well?
        Then you add the splntered point of the religion, where each group thinks all others are doomed?
        Did you look at the link or did you blow it off?
        The choice is yours and is personal as is with everyone, but I'd think someone that is trying to save his soul would be more likely to in the least look at all views instead of following church doctrine.

      Heck I bet you even read a Bible that is something on the lines of the King James Bible? I was told that that book is the only one bathed in da blood of Jesus, after this 'preacher' told me Jesus created non-alcoholic wine when he takes the time to perform a miracle at a wedding!
      The only 'true' text would be the original Hebrew or Greek text, if any 'text' could or should be called the 'word' of God, not something that some King pretty much took and tossed out the things he didn't like and added a few things to, which lost so much 'truth' in the translation of the 'word'. As a matter of fact, there are many written texts that MAN decided that GOD didn't want us mere mortals to 'know'? Hmm why is that? How can it even be by GOD and not man if a few men gathered and decided for themselves which way the religion was to go? It's a fact that, if you changed just 3-4 books with other ones.         You can sit and look down you nose at others in the supposed same religion as you (splintered as it is) and say you are right and Godly and condemn the others if you'd like, heck they are saying the same thing of you and your beliefs I'd bet.
        Keep the search going, it's a good thing really, just try if you can find it in your 'Christian' heart to not judge and condemn others or the views they have come up with while studying the flawed text that a few men decided to let you use as they hid others from you and them.

First he's one of 40 ministers in a 26,000 member church. Yeah right the congregation knows him.
Second, will the other 39 still back him once his computer has been seized and all the evidence has come out? Speaking of computers, what about the churches computer?
Third, if I was a. one of the 39 ministers b. on the churches board of directors/elders/advisorary board c. a member of the congregation I'd take a long and hard look at how they screen pastors, people in charge of children, elderly the $ and the type of security in place when dropping kiddos off at Sunday school and Wednesday night bible study. Who is volunteering to work with the children?
What was this minister's ministry? I sincerely hope it wasn't children or teens.
