Here is my personal top 10 list of reasons to be an atheist. Most of the items in this list could be categorized as 'top 10 reasons not to be a Christian', but you could easily substitute other religious beliefs as well. I live in America, so of course Christianity would be my natural target for comparison.

I cannot believe you left off the free toaster you get when you sign up! Wait, that was what I got when my gay mafia card came in the mail. What do you get for becoming an atheist? Where do they have church meetings? Could groups of atheists join together to get a tax exemption like the Phelps family did in Topeka, Kansas?

I like this submission because it reminds me of a David Letterman count down of his "Top Ten" list...that is, if Letterman was an atheist.
